Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Web Site or purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

B2C Furniture reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms of use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.

Any photos or illustrations shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Customers may confirm the availability of products, colours, or styles by contacting us directly via email or phone.

Accessories and mattresses are shown for display purposes only and are not included in the purchase price.

 

Payments

Online Transactions

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Money, or Zip Pay for online orders; paid in full at the time of purchase. Other identification may be required to avoid fraudulent transactions.

 

In-store Transactions

We accept Cash, Credit Card (EFTPOS, AMEX, VISA and MASTERCARD), Afterpay, Zip Pay, Zip Money as well as direct deposits to our bank account.

Lay-bys of up to 3 months are available for customers who wish to make regular payments. An initial deposit of 30% of the total order value is required to commence the layby, with regular subsequent payments to be made as agreed with a member of our sales team. If this condition is breached, B2C Furniture has the right to cancel the lay-by, and the customer will forgo 20% of the total order value.

Lay-bys during a sale/promotional period must be paid in full by the end of the sale period to take advantage of the discount at the time. If your order is not paid in full by the end of this period you may forfeit the discount applied to your order. Please note we are still happy to hold orders in our warehouse for up to 3 months once paid in full.

Whether you’re shopping in-store or online, our 5-Day Delivery Commitment ensures swift delivery for our Metro Melbourne & Sydney customers for all orders in stock and ready to ship

Please note: If you are unable to accept the first delivery date offered to you, this will void the 5 day delivery commitment and the delivery carrier will offer you the next date and time available in line with schedules. 

 

Promotional Periods & Discount Codes

Due to the high volume of demand, B2C Furniture cannot guarantee the availability of stock during the offer period until a deposit of 30% of the total order value has been received at a minimum.

All promotional offers and discount codes are applicable only at the time of purchase - codes must be entered at checkout or in store, and cannot be redeemed against a previous or existing order or applied in retrospect.

Any discount codes or promotional offers are exclusive of delivery charges and are not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Any discount codes or promotional offers are "while stocks last" and not applicable on orders for items that are currently out of stock.

Any discount codes or promotional offers are not available on items marked as 'clearance'.

Any orders placed taking advatage of our promotional period discount codes must be paid for in full at time of purchase - any partial payments or lay-bys placed during a sale period must be paid in full by the end date of the sale. 

Any promotions advertised as "up to X per cent off" are advertised as an amount off the recommended retail price (RRP) and are not a further discount on the already reduced price that is currently available unless specified.  

Any transactions using a promotional code will be exempt from any third party cash back or point schemes, eg Shopback, Cashrewards, Qantas Shopping, etc. 

 

Free Delivery Promotions

Free Delivery promotions are for purchases of $1000 and above. Free delivery promotions are not offered in conjunction with any other promotion/discount code, and are only applicable when advertised. 

 

Holiday Period Delivery Timeframes

Advertised delivery timeframes of "order before (a certain date) to receive before (a certain date)" are only applicable to orders placed on items that are in stock and ready to ship, and do not apply to pre-orders or out of stock items.

After Purchase

B2C Furniture reserves the right to run sales or promotions at their discretion. Your purchase price is final, and no further discounts will apply to an existing order if the items are on sale in the future.

 

Cancellations

If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods any monies paid will be refunded to you.

In rare circumstances B2C Furniture reserves the right to cancel any order without limitation. In this event, a full refund will be paid.

 

Mobile Terms

The B2C Furniture mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by B2C Furniture (“B2C Furniture”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to B2C Furniture’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of B2C Furniture through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with B2C Furniture. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to B2C VIP or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other B2C Furniture mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
