Whilst delivery to the Eastern states of Australia is our specialty, we will do our best to find you a suitable delivery option for most of our products Australia wide.
To obtain a quote please enter your postcode into the shipping calculator on the product page or at checkout. Alternatively, if the information is not available please call us on 1300 78 94 95 or contact us online and we will be happy to assist in finding the most competitive shipping option for you.
Delivery times quoted by B2C Furniture are approximate only and although delays outside of our control can sometimes occur, we will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.
Where the items are in-stock, orders are dispatched from our Warehouse within 1-3 business days and Delivery times are quoted as follows:

We will determine the best delivery teams to organise your delivery with based on the size and weight of your order, and on occasions we will elect to use our preferred third-party courier services to get your furniture to you in the best way possible! You will be notified if your order is being sent by a courier; with the approximate transit timeframe and all the need-to-know information about a courier delivery.
Some important information to note;
- Please be sure to communicate to us any special requirements upon placing your order (e.g access to property, Authority to Leave, request for a delayed dispatch etc.)
- We will always communicate with you on your delivery timeframe, so please ensure you are at home to accept your order on the specified date and time as re-delivery charges are applicable for any subsequent deliveries.
- Please note there are surcharges involved for unreasonable access to property for the delivery teams; get in touch with our friendly Customer Service representatives if you are unsure about the access to your property.
- Disposal of packaging is not included in our delivery service
- Please remember to organise adequate protection for your floors and internal surfaces prior to delivery as we are not responsible for damage to your floors or internal surfaces caused in any way by the delivery of your goods.
- Double check your details! It is your responsibility to provide us with the accurate details for your delivery, which include delivery address, name, and contact number and any additional information which could affect the delivery process, including but not limited to building access.
- PLEASE NOTE: Our rugs are shipped from a separate warehouse with a courier service and will arrive separately from the rest of your order. Please let our friendly sales staff know if you need any assistance - we cannot always guarantee that your rug will arrive with the rest of your goods.
5 Day Delivery Commitment
Whether you’re shopping in-store or online, our 5-Day Delivery Commitment ensures swift delivery for our Metro Melbourne & Sydney customers for all orders in stock and ready to ship
Delivery will occur within 5 business days, starting from the following business day after your order is placed.

Please note: If you are unable to accept the first delivery date offered to you, this will void the 5 day delivery commitment and the delivery carrier will offer you the next date and time available in line with schedules.
Holiday and Promotional Period Delivery Timeframes
Please note due to the high volume of orders during holiday and promotional periods, we may experience delays in dispatch times from our warehouse. Our delivery partners may also experience delays on their delivery network and we will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.
Rest-assured our teams are working extra hard to have your order delivered to you in a timely manner during these periods.
Advertised delivery timeframes of "order before (a certain date) to receive before (a certain date)" are only applicable to orders placed on items that are in stock and ready to ship, and do not apply to pre-orders or out of stock items.
Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates 2024
In order to have your products delivered before Chrstmas, please place your order in before the cut off dates.
Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast - December 8th
Sydney & Melbourne Metro - December 17th
Regular delivery time frames will resume again from January 2nd

Prefer to Click & Collect? No worries! Purchase any of our products online or in-store and we can organise to have your order ready for collection from one of our warehouse locations.
Please be sure to receive your collection confirmation from us via email from us before organising your collection.
*Prior to collection, please also triple check all box dimensions and ensure the items will fit into your vehicle. If you're unsure of the box dimensions, please enquire with our team and we'll provide you with this information upon request. If you're unable to fit the items in your nominated vehicle, we can hold orders for up to 3 months if you wish to organise collection at another time, or we can look into shipping costs to your delivery location.
