Please consider this when purchasing furniture of different walnut stains as the two will not be an exact match. To be eligible for either a return or exchange, you will need to notify us of your request within 14 days of your delivery date and the products must be unused and packaged in the same condition you received it. Any applicable return delivery costs and refund processing fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Should you have assembled the goods and decided they are not suitable, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, along with the return shipping costs if applicable.

If your request for cancellation is raised prior to your order being dispatched from our warehouse, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns or refunds are not available on special orders, floor-stock clearance items or mattresses in any circumstance. Please be sure to make your decision carefully. We diligently provide all available information for our mattress descriptions, but please understand that comfort is subjective, and we cannot extend any exemptions to returns for mattresses due to health regulations.
